SBA 8(a) Small Business Sole Source Program

Robins AFB 51st CBCS – RFID Tracking System

MIG GOV partnered with Williams Software Associates to install and integrate a RFID Inventory Tracking System for the 51st Combat Communications Squadron in Robins AFB. The 51st CBCS were in need for the ability to perform inventory checks properly and accurately on critical assets. This system also gave the end user the ability to track all issued items via GPS. This initial requirement was so successful the Commander of the 51st CBCS has already begun the process for Phase 2 which will expand this capability throughout the unit.

Using the SBA 8(a) Sole Source program allowed our customer to procure the exact manufacturer from their initial market research and subsequent test and evaluation. This process also allows the Contracting Office to receive credit for using an 8(a) Minority-Owned company.

1 SOSFS CCR – HURLBURT FIELD, FL – SKYDIO DRONES

MIG GOV was contracted as an 8(a) Sole Source Partner for a second time to provide 1 SOCONS and their respective units, Skydio Drone products. MIG GOV assisted with determining the correct products, sourcing, ordering and delivering the drones to AFSOC units at Hurlburt Field. This contract was a follow up the original supply of drones and drone operation training provided to the same AFSOC units on another contract

SBA Service-Disabled Veteran Owned Small Business Sole Source Program

Department of Veterans Affairs - NCO North Texas Healthcare System – Spacesaver Storage Systems

The purpose of this project was to reconfigure the existing Spacesaver storage system to allow for more efficient storage space options, including taller/deeper shelves, locking filing drawers, and safer system closers. Certain items were be saved from the current Spacesaver system, including the LCD touchscreens and safety beam sensors to be reused with the new system. The replacement Spacesaver system was precisely created for the correct number of sensitive records to be held in locking file drawers.

Design Build Install

Pentagon Athletic Center - Washington, DC – Outdoor Training Area

Working along with BeaverFit USA (PRIME CONTRACTOR), MIG GOV provided the Pentagon Athletic Center with an updated outdoor training area. MIG GOV was responsible for the installation of a 48’ x 28’ x 6” concrete pad that was utilized as a foundation for the fitness locker and rig. To prepare for installation MIG GOV demolished and prepared the ground. In the process MIG GOV removed existing equipment and installed outdoor turf, HP Locker, and HP Rig.

HURLBURT FIELD FITNESS EQUIPMENT - HURLBURT FIELD, FL - Rogue Fitness Equipment

MIG GOV competitively bid on and won a solicitation for a variety of fitness equipment items from Rogue Fitness utilizing our Service Disabled Veteran Owned Small Business set-aside. MIG GOV has coordinated the procurement and delivery of the fitness equipment to the end user, including Bill of Materials, installation instructions, delivery and offload coordination, tool lists, and other components. The fitness equipment included a variety of items such as dumbbell and kettlebell sets, bumper plates, half racks, Echo bikes, adjustable benches, and more.

Washington River Protection Solutions - Richland, WA – HAZMAT Storage Unit

MIG GOV worked with the end user to design, approve, and install customized hazardous material storage unit at a Department of Energy site in Richland, WA. MIG GOV utilized an experienced manufacturing facility, specializing in chemical storage, US Chemical Storage, to design and install a built to order hazardous material storage unit. MIG GOV and their experienced personnel performed project management duties, to include submittals, lifting and rigging plans, and items through the design and approval process to successfully and efficiently complete the project.
